We assist exhibitors and visitors for hotel accommodation , the following hotels are recommended for comfort and convenient transportation to the exhibition hall.

1. Booking Procedure：Please Download and fill out the booking form, and send it back to us either by fax or email.
2. Check-in Procedures: Please go to the reception desk as scheduled with this reservation form, check in with your company name or your individual name and pay the relevant fee.
   Please note that reservation will not be held after 4:00pmunless informing us 3 days in advance.. What’s more, the reservation will also be invalid either checking in earlier or later than the scheduled day.
